Women of Norris

At Norris Ford, we are committed to advancing women in the automotive industry. We are proud to have a leadership team that has equal representation from both genders and to have many other women in important roles throughout the dealership.

Jacey Rey

Journeyman Parts Technician

Jacey was born in Medicine Hat, but was raised in Wainwright for most of her life. She joined our Norris Ford Family in November of 2015. In November of 2019 she finished her schooling and became a journeyman parts technician with red seal certification. In her free time she enjoys hunting, 4x4ing and raising her 2 daughters and spending time with family.

Abby King

Accounting Assistant

Abby was born and raised on a farm just outside of Hughenden and made the move to Wainwright in 2016. She started as the Receptionist at Norris Ford in 2016 and moved upstairs as the Accounting Clerk in 2018. When she is not working she enjoys crafting and always has a neat project on the go. Most of all she loves spending time with her husband Jamie and son Rylan, their family and friends and of course their fur babies Reggie and Figaro.

Angela Pitre

Receptionist

When Angela is not crunching numbers and answering the phone at the office, she can be found chasing after her son Evan and daughter Emily with her husband Chris. When she does get a spare moment, she thoroughly enjoys cooking and baking treats. Angela and Chris made the journey to Wainwright from Bathurst, New Brunswick in the summer of 2013. They have both thoroughly enjoyed settling in to the local community.

Erika Porter

Accounting Clerk

Erika has joined our team as an Accounting Clerk to help cover a maternity leave.

Erika’s previous experience as a Retail Manager will be beneficial to her role here with us, and her easy-going, friendly nature makes her an absolute pleasure to work with.

She tells us “I am excited to start a new chapter in a brand new line of work. The atmosphere here is great and I feel proud knowing I hold a position here at Norris Ford.”

Erika’s hobbies include spending time with her significant other, family, and friends. She enjoys interior design, going out to the lake, and walks with her puppy, Dakota, as well. Erika also has 2 cats, Henry and Tupac.

She is a proud member of the Wainwright Motor Club and spent 15 years with the Wainwright Figure Skating Club.

Welcome Erika! We are so happy to have you!

Brittany Dool

Collision Centre Coordinator

Rosalie Wald

Financial Services Advisor

Having been raised in rural Alberta and then spending many years on the West Coast, I am happy to have joined the Wainwright community and the great group of people at Norris Ford. I enjoy living in the country (surrounded by buffalo), travelling, golf, curling, baseball and tennis. As a customer service professional and an automotive enthusiast, I look forward to assisting you in any way that I can!

Brooklyn Bond

Journeyman Parts Technician

I was born in Edmonton, but was raised in Edgerton for most of my life. My fiancé and I recently bought a home around the Edgerton area! I graduated Edgerton Public School and shortly after I began my journey as a parts technician and realized I wanted to further my career in the parts industry. I started my apprenticeship at Lakeland college in 2017 and finished my apprenticeship program in 2019, I am now a journeyman parts technician and couldn’t be happier! My fiancé and I enjoy any activity that ends us up in the mountains regardless the season, we always enjoy adventure whenever we get the chance to. I am looking forward to furthering my career at Norris Ford!

Devon Matechuk

RAP Student

Devon is a local High School student who is part of the Registered Apprentice Program. She has joined us in the Collision Centre half days as she finishes out the school year. Welcome Devon!

Jennifer Lange

Parts Advisor

Jen is a Ford Diesel certified Journeyman Technician and after 16 years in our Service Department, she recently made the move to join our Parts Team. As an Automotive Journeyman, Jen has a strong overall understanding of Parts and can challenge the 1st & 2nd year Parts Apprentice exams. From there we will be cheering her on as she works her way through the 3rd, and final, year of schooling to become a Parts Journeyman.

Connie Naf

Service Manager

Connie joined the Norris Ford Family in 2007, and has served in several different roles since then. She has found a perfect fit in her current role as Service Manager, which she has held since 2016. Outside of work, time with family is Connie’s first love - but summer camping is a close second!

Becky Small

Parts Manager

Becky has 20 years of Ford experience. She started her parts career in 1996 and obtained her Journeyman certification 3 years later. With a leave to have and raise her family, she returned to Norris in 2009. Anyone who knows Becky knows that she is extremely friendly, helpful and above all knowledgeable. She’s been an asset from day one as part of our award winning team and we know that her leadership in our Parts Department will benefit our customers for years to come!

Natalie Rae

Marketing and Communications Manager

I was raised in rural Alberta and moved to Wainwright in 2006. Although my lifetime goal was always to be a Ninja Turtle I decided that the Environmental Science Program at Lakeland College was another great option. Shortly after completing my program, I took another turn in my career path and joined the Norris Ford Family in 2011! I know that my career choices have been unorthodox at times but ultimately I landed myself a great position, with an amazing company, and I've made some lifetime friendships along the way.
